What if I order a dulcimer and find that I don’t like it?

We try very hard to help you determine the best dulcimer for you and to be sure you understand what to expect from it. If after all that, you receive a standard dulcimer that does not please you, you have two weeks to return it and pay only the shipping. You may return it for any reason at all. You do not have to identify a defect. It is enough that you are not pleased with it. We would like to know what your reason was simply to help us better assist our customers and improve our products and service.
If you order a “Special” or “Custom” dulcimer your right of return may be a bit more limited since we will be making it to your order and may not be able to find another customer that wants a dulcimer like that.
